The SONAR Foundation
The SONAR foundation began in 1995 with founding members Dr. Thomas R. Elliott Jr., Dr. Reid Brecke, Dr. Aslam Khan and Dr. Rick Digregorio.
It is a not for profit foundation designed to bring patients state-of-the-art chiropractic care by continuing chiropractic based research and development.
This research and development allows SONAR to be continually advancing and evolving to allow patients to receive the most efffective health care.
The SONAR instrument design has been researched and developed by Dr. Elliott Jr. since 1978. Through the grace of God, it has become what it is today.
Dr. Elliott Jr. is a career specialist specific upper cervical chiropractor. A more advanced SONAR instrument was introduced to the public in 1995.
The current instrument is capable of introducing a force with both linear and spiral direction simultaneously all at the same frequency.
